Premise provides a comprehensive collection of property, legal, and infrastructure datasets in New Zealand — all integrated into one platform for easy searching, viewing, and analysis.

NZ Legal Data

Access complete legal information for every property:

• Titles, parcels, and legal descriptions
• Survey marks and observations
• Searchable by LINZ or council addresses

Council Data

Detailed council property information, including:

• Property Category – e.g., Residential N (more than 1 dwelling)
• Zoning – e.g., 9B Residential
• Capital Value, Land Value, Improvements
• Sales History dating back to 1981
• Building Details – floor area, age, bedrooms, roof & exterior materials, condition
• Land Area – may include multiple LINZ parcels
• Utilities – water, stormwater, and wastewater networks (available in some regions)

Survey Plans

Premise contains most survey plans in New Zealand:

• 98% of all “Title” survey plans
• 90% of all “Survey” plans
• Includes both pre-300,000 series (older than 2000) and post-300,000 series plans
• Only Premise offers free viewing and downloading of post-300,000 series plans

Topographic & Aerial Data

• Contours – 1 m intervals available for most regions
• High-quality aerial photography

Data Import & Export

Easily manage your own datasets:

• Import from SHP or CSV and export to: DXF, SHP, MIF, DGN, CSV, or KML
